These terms apply to all services provided by Ayush Packers and Movers (GSTIN: 21BXNPK1876M2Z0). By booking a service, you agree to them.
Quotation & Payment
- Quotations are based on the survey / information given by the customer. Any change in quantity, distance or floor may change the final price.
- GST is charged as applicable. A proper tax invoice is provided.
- Advance and balance payment terms are mentioned in the quotation.
Customer Responsibilities
- Cash, jewellery, important documents and valuables should be carried by the customer.
- Hazardous, illegal or inflammable goods will not be transported.
- Customer must arrange required permissions at society / building for loading and unloading.
Insurance & Claims
- Transit insurance is optional and available on request at an extra premium.
- Any damage must be reported in writing at the time of delivery.
Cancellation
Cancellation charges, if any, will be as per the quotation agreed at the time of booking.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar, Odisha jurisdiction.
